1. Santa Skate at Cable Dahmer Arena: 12 to 4 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 10, 19100 East Valley View Parkway, Independence. There will be a craft and vendor fair, kids’ crafts, a cookie decorating event, games and prizes, a hot cocoa bar, time with Santa, and ice skating.
