Whether you’re working in an office or from home, Johnson suggests taking breaks every 30-45 minutes throughout your day to perform some simple stretches.

COVID-19 VACCINATION SITES

The newest COVID boosters, known as the bivalent boosters, are available. The Pfizer and Moderna bivalent boosters are available for certain age ranges. These bivalent boosters target the most recent COVID Omicron sub-variants BA.4 and BA.5. The CDC recommends bivalent boosters at this time.
