Sunday I was going into visit my 81-year-old friend when I ran into her neighbor Jill. Jill had a kitten that someone was going to “throw away!” When I hear things like this, I just want to scream.
DEAR ABBY: My younger sister, “Fern,” gave birth to a son three months ago. Since she returned to work, it seems like all she does is dump her baby, “Ricky,” on others so she can sleep with her special someone. I watched Ricky a couple of times while they ran errands, even though they have someone living with them to keep an eye on the baby.
Dear Doctors: I’m a healthy 61-year-old woman, still tired and a bit sick after five days with a moderate bout of COVID. I want to exercise again when I’m symptom-free.
ARIES (March 21-April 19): Your hard work will pay off, and what you gain in the process will motivate you to keep moving forward. The confidence you earn and the backing of influential people will lead to better days ahead.
