President Biden announced last week that another $800 million in military aid would be sent to Ukraine to help in the fight against invading Russian forces, and he asked for more this week. The president remarked that his actions “sent an unmistakable message to Putin: He will never succeed in dominating and occupying all of Ukraine.”
