Clifford was born on January 6th, 1938 in Indep., MO to Herbert and Flossie (Stark) Tweedy.

Clifford was preceded in death by both of his parents, a brother, a sister, and his son Leon.

Clifford is survived by his 4 children Susan, Julie, Sharrye, and Phillip; 8 grandchildren & 12 great-grandchildren.
