Price Chopper, 16611 E. 23rd St. – On July 11, a large pan of baked chicken was 123 degrees, barbecued wings were 112 degrees, sweet chili wings were 124 degrees, and teriyaki wings 120; the wings and baked chicken were reheated. Inspectors stopped a worker from wetting wiping cloth in the hand sink and wiping surfaces; wiping cloths must have sanitizer on them to prevent cross contamination. Inspectors found no sanitizer made up. Measuring cups were found in the hand sink in the kettle corn area.
