INDEPENDENCE – Leonard J. Ryan, age 88, of Independence, Missouri passed away Saturday, January 29, 2022 at his family’s home in Independence, MO.

Leonard is preceded in death by his wife Nancy Sue Ryan and his son Christopher J. Ryan.

He is survived by his daughter Nancy Eberle, son Phillip J. Ryan, and daughter-in-law Georgia Ryan.

He is also survived by his grandchildren Rachel Metzdorf, Cristi Fortner, Scott Thurman, Brandon Ryan and Brittney Ryan. Also surviving him are many great-grandchildren.

Visitation proceedings will be held 11:00am – 1:00pm Tuesday, February 8, 2022 at Muehlebach Funeral Home. Graveside services and burial to follow the visitation and will be held at Mount Olivet Cemetery, Raytown, Missouri, at 1:30pm.

Leonard was loved and will be greatly missed by family and friends.
