Burritos To Go, 1610 S. M-7 – On Dec. 20, eggs were stored above ready-to-eat food; corrected.

QuikTrip, 705 S.W. U.S. 40 – On Dec. 20, one section on the hot roller was not working, and the pork and vegetable egg rolls temperatures were 111 degrees; re-inspection required.

Lee's Summit

Master Wok, 3757 S.W. Raintree Drive – On Dec. 13, inspectors found unlabeled spray bottles. Food debris build-up was observed on the can opener blade.

Habanero's, 1008 S.E. Blue Pkwy. – On Dec. 15, inspectors found unlabeled chemical bottles; corrected. Employee beverages were stored in areas where contamination was possible, and without a lid and straw; corrected.

Summit Hickory Pit, 1012 S.E. Blue Pkwy. – On Dec. 19, raw fish was stored under raw beef; corrected.

Cosentino's Price Chopper, Kitchen/ Salad Bar/ Smoked Meats, 251 S.W. Greenwich Drive – On Dec. 20, there was residue build-up in the nozzles on the soda machine.

Smoke Brewing Company, 209 S.E. Main St. – On Dec. 20, ready-to-eat foods were found undated in a reach-in cooler; corrected.

Cosentino's Price Chopper, Meat/ Deli/ Seafood, 251 S.W. Greenwich Drive – On Dec. 20, raw chicken was stored above pre-made mashed potatoes and macaroni and cheese in the air screen coolers.

Courtyard Café, 518 N.W. Murray Road – On Dec. 22, the dish washer was not achieving proper sanitizing temperatures; corrected.

Filling Station Barbecue, 333 S.E. Douglas St. – On Dec. 27, ready-to-eat foods held in the cooler were not properly dated; corrected. The food slicer had dry food debris around the blade and in the guard; corrected.


Crane Brewing Company, 6515 Railroad St. – On Dec. 9, the dish washer was not sanitizing at the right chlorine concentration, less than 10 ppm.

Dirty Don's Bargain Center, 9700 E. 56th St. – On Dec. 13, bottles of green tea that were very discolored and considered adulterated were available for sale.
