The GFWC Nu-Era Study Club will meet at 9:30 a.m. Feb. 7, at the Mid-Continent Public Library's Midwest Genealogy Center, 3440 S. Lee’s Summit Road, in Independence. Glenna Morris and Gail Jones will be co-hosting. President Gail Jones will be conducting the business meeting and presenting the Bylaws; Committees will also be elected. The program will be a tour at the Midwest Genealogy Center.

The Club’s February Service Project will be at Harvesters, working on the ‘Harvesters Back Snack’ program from 10 a.m. to noon Feb. 8. The Club will be donating $100 to Harvesters. Woods Chapel United Methodist Church will be receiving a $50 donation for their Prom Boutique as well.
