Love is in the air as Fathom Events and the TCM Big Screen Classics series presents one of movie history’s most romantic comedies: 1940’s The Philadelphia Story, at 2 and 7 p.m. Feb. 18 and Feb. 21. TCM Primetime Host Ben Mankiewicz will offer newly produced commentary before and after each presentation.

Katharine Hepburn plays Tracy Lord, the daughter of a well-to-do Pennsylvania family who is about to embark on a second marriage to George Kittredge (John Howard). As the wedding plans get underway, Tracy’s first husband C.K. Dexter Haven (Cary Grant) shows up, in part, to shield Tracy from the prying eyes of an overly ambitious reporter (James Stewart) assigned to cover the nuptials.
