Two seniors at Truman High School have been selected as the Rotary Students of the Month.

• Kinli J. Miller has been awarded the McCoy Award for Academic Excellence and an academic letter. She is a member of National Honor Society, National Art Honor Society, Youth Advisory Council, Spanish Club, the Truman student council, Spanish Club, and Literacy Ambassadors. In addition, Kinli has participated in the volleyball club, Youth with Vision, Harvesters’ Food Drop and Missouri Girls’ State.

Kinli’s plan is to attend a four-year university and is still deciding on a major.

Kinli is the daughter of Sherrie Miller and Stephanie Storey.

• Britton Robinson is a member of Spanish National Honor Society and has been on the Truman High School honor roll for three years. He has also attended Missouri Boys’ State. He has been accepted at ten colleges, but has not yet decided which school he will attend. It is his hope to study actuarial science and accounting.

Britton has played varsity football for two years and basketball at Truman for three years. He also works at the Main Event.

Britton is the son of Brittany and Jason Hughes.
