Pearl Wilkinson

 Pearl Wilkinson, Blue Springs, passed on January 25, 2023. She was born January 17, 1927, in Boonville, Mo., the fourth child of Martin and Bertha (Langlotz) Johnmeyer.
 Pearl graduated from Boonville High School in 1944 and from Kansas City Secretarial School in 1945.
 Pearl met the love of her life Ralph A. Wilkinson in 1946 and they married 9/15/1951.
 Pearl was a faithful member of the Methodist Church since 1936. Pearl served the church as a teacher, piano player, and choir director. She gave piano lessons for many years. Pearl enjoyed playing the piano for church services at Waterford Ladies Home in Blue Springs until 2020.
 Pearl retired from Lake City Army Ammunition Plant in 1985 and she and her husband Ralph spent many years loving auctions and antiques.
 Pearl was a devoted wife and was preceded in death by her husband Ralph in 2008; brothers Casper and Robert and sister Isabelle Johnmeyer; and grandson Evan Banks.
 Pearl greatly loved her family.
 Her survivors include three daughters: Patricia Wiseman and husband Tom of Blue Springs; Carolyn Marsh and husband Jeff of Lee’s Summit; Rebecca Brown and husband Kevin of Bedford, Texas; seven grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
 Her family will receive family and friends from 10 – 11 a.m. Saturday, January 28, 2023, at Meyers Funeral Chapel, 1600 W. Main Street, Blue Springs. Funeral service will begin at 11 a.m. at the chapel. Burial will follow at the Lone Jack Cemetery in Lone Jack, Mo. In lieu of flowers, Pearl requested memorial contributions to the First United Methodist Church of Blue Springs.
