The Border War is coming to Independence.

Former Missouri stars will take on former stars from Kansas to renew the rivalry on Saturday, July 28, in the Rivalry Renewed: Missouri vs. Kansas at Silverstein Eye Centers Arena in Independence.

Tipoff is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. at the Independence arena.

It will likely even be brother against brother, with game organizer Kareem Rush and his former Mizzou players taking on younger brother Brandon Rush and his fellow former Jayhawks.

Other Missouri stars could include Keyon Dooling, Rickey Paulding, Marcus Denmon and Kim English, while Drew Gooden, Mario Chalmers, Travis Releford and Cole Aldrich could be on the floor for Kansas.

A portion of all proceeds to benefit the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Kansas City through the Rush Forward Foundation.
