The Blue Springs South boys soccer team rallied from a 2-0 deficit against Suburban Big Six Conference rival Lee’s Summit West Wednesday, but fell in 3-2 overtime.

West took a 2-0 lead into halftime before South’s Bradyn McIntyre and Dylan Shuker each scored a goal to send the game into overtime.

The Titans scored the game-winner in the 84th minute to drop South to 3-4 overall and 0-2 in the conference.

OAK PARK 5, FORT OSAGE 1: The Indians fell to 1-5 overall and 0-1 in the Suburban Middle Seven after a loss to the Northmen Wednesday.

Lucca Smith scored Fort Osage’s lone goal and Justin Epperson had the assist.

GRAIN VALLEY 10, WINNETONKA 1: Grain Valley had a strong night on offense to rout host Winnetonka in a Suburban Small Seven match Tuesday.

Jack Knust scored four goals as the Eagles improved to 3-1-1 overall and 1-1 in the conference.

“We were clinical in our finishing, something that we had not done in our last couple of games,” Grain Valley coach Tyler Nichol said. “We hope to carry this over to Thursday against Kearney (3-1).”

Alex Engram added two goals and an assist and Luis Gilardi, Austin Schmitt, Kendall Schrader and Pierson Jaynes each added one goal. JR Brown and Nate Booker added an assist apiece as the Eagles outshot the Griffins 22-1, including 15-1 on goal.
