Six different players scored to lead the William Chrisman boys soccer team to a home victory Thursday.

The Bears snapped an eight-game losing streak with a 6-0 Suburban Middle Seven victory over visiting Ruskin.

Tanner Jolley, Martin Villa, Ali Fakali, Joseph Casebolt, Zane Brende, Garrett Downey all scored a goal as the Bears improved to 3-8 overall and 1-4 in the conference.

Javier Merino recorded the shutout in goal.

PEMBROKE HILL 2, BLUE SPRINGS 1: Host Pembroke Hill scored in the second overtime to edge Blue Springs in a non-conference match Thursday.

Freshman midfielder Garrett Alsup scored a goal with about three minutes left to put Blue Springs ahead 1-0. But Pembroke Hill got the equalizer in the final minute of regulation time to send it into overtime.

Blue Springs, again playing with injured senior captain Carlos Llamas, suffered its third straight loss to fall to 8-4 overall.

Pembroke Hill also won the junior varsity match 2-1.

OAK GROVE 3, WARRENSBURG 2: Oak Grove improved to 3-1 in the Missouri River Valley Conference West by edging visiting Warrensburg Thursday.

Kaiden Riley, Gael Perez and Jake Wood each scored as the Panthers improved to 10-5-1 overall.
