Another player who spent all or most of last season with the Kansas City Mavericks has re-signed a contract with the Coachella Valley Firebirds this summer.
A forward who signed with the American Hockey League’s Coachella Valley Firebirds but spent all of his rookie professional season with the ECHL’s Kansas City Mavericks last year is back. Landon McCallum, a 5-foot-11, 175-pound native of Delhi, Ontario, re-signed with Coachella Valley, the Mavericks’ AHL affiliate announced Thursday.
