The Kansas City Comets practiced last week in preparation for their Friday home game against the visiting Empire Strykers, who have brought a new style of play to the Major Arena Soccer League. Strykers coach Onua Obasi rotated goalkeepers Brian Orozco and Brandon Gomez in and out of the game, while using a fast-paced, sixth-attacker mode that didn’t get the job done as the Comets scored four goals in the second quarter en route to a 7-5 win.
