The house from the Stayton Farm property at Interstate 470 and Douglas Road in northern Lee's Summit was moved last week to a new site south of Grain Valley. Donna Evans, whose grandfather built the 103 years ago, and her husband will move from Blue Springs to live in the house after it is placed on a new foundation and fixed up.
