Earline Rich, age 90, formerly of Independence, Missouri, and currently of the Lake of the Ozarks, died peacefully in her home on Saturday afternoon, May 21, 2011.

Earline Rich, age 90, formerly of Independence, Missouri, and currently of the Lake of the Ozarks, died peacefully in her home on Saturday afternoon, May 21, 2011.

Visitation will be held at 1 p.m. in the Floral Hills Funeral Home Chapel, 7000 Blue Ridge Blvd, Kansas City, MO., just prior to the funeral service at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, May 25, 2011.

Earline was an avid quilter and loved to sew. She enjoyed spending time at the lake with her husband, (when she could drag him away from work, which he always took with him anyway). She always loved spending time with her family and friends and she will be sorely missed by all.

Mrs. Rich was preceded in death by her husband, Homer Rich in 2008, and her daughter, Dianne Wicklin in 2001.

She is survived by her 7 children, 8 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, 5 great-great-granddaughters, sisters, brother, nieces and nephews. Her children include Robert Tootle and wife, Sharon of Kimberling City, MO; Richard Tootle of Clinton, MO; Jan Lively and husband, Lew of Lutz, FL; Dean Tootle and wife, Julie of Clinton, MO; Donna Fordemwalt and husband, Bob of the Lake of the Ozarks; Mary Davis and Steve Jones of Raymore, MO; and Kenneth Wicklin of Warsaw, MO.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Red Cross or a charity of choice.

Pallbearers will be:  Jeremy Wicklin, Kevin Sartain, Aron Sartain, Christopher Tootle, Jacob Wicklin and Justin Tootle.
