Salon Ambiance, 1559 N.E. Rice Road in Lee’s Summit, is teaming tonight with The Kansas City Chapter of the American Cancer Society and charitable organization Look Good… Feel Better to encourage healthy living and recovery awareness for cancer patients and their families.

The celebration, also a re-grand opening extravaganza, is from 6 to 9 p.m. at the salon and will play host to a day of surprise beauty transformations for cancer survivors that have experienced hair, skin, facial, and nail changes due to medical treatment. Food and beverages will also be served.
