9 Because a top 11 list would require me to count with my toes.

1 Proof you don’t need millions of dollars and a gap in your teeth to be like David Letterman.
“Will someone please tell Dave Letterman to stop doing the Top Ten until after the writer’s strike is over? Oh, there’s no writer’s strike? That’s what they actually come up with every night?” said Martha Maggio.
