Why has Mr. Obama spent $1.9 million to keep us from looking at his certificate of birth, the ‘long form’? If he would keep his promise to “bring transparency,” then we could verify the names of his birth parents because (as you may know), a short form may only show his adoptive parents. Do you know of anyone who would spend $1.9 million to conceal nothing.

To the editor:

Why has Mr. Obama spent $1.9 million to keep us from looking at his certificate of birth, the ‘long form’? Why has Mr. Obama scattered the ashes of his mother and grandmother into the ocean, placing their DNA out of reach? The candidate with a ‘unique heritage’ (that was very significant to his election), appears to be obstructing the pathway for genealogic research. Do you know of any other presidential leader who has placed direct lineal DNA out of the reach of historians?

Why has Mr. Obama not shown us his various travel passports issued by Indonesia and the United States? These very common personal papers would allow us to review his history of citizenship while he traveled out of the country.

Do you know of any details on a travel passport that would rise to the level of national security?

So, in those three areas, we the people must ask, why? Why? Why? It is said that an informed electorate is required for a democracy to function, and it has always been the duty of Congress to inform the public. A timely Congressional inquiry can bring forth the information we need.
