University of Missouri Baseball 18th Annual Winter Baseball Camp for high school age players is scheduled for the final week in December at the Dan Devine Pavilion in the MU Sports Park in Columbia. The camp is comprised of three sessions and will include a day and a half of instruction, video review, and competitions. Sessions are as follows – Session 1: Dec. 26-27, 2 p.m. start time; Session 2: Dec. 28-29, 9 a.m. start time; Session 3: Dec. 29-30, 2 p.m. start time. Players will be grouped on teams of 6 or 7, which will compete in game situations both offensively and defensively.  Individual video tape evaluations will be done as well. Kansas City Youth Pitching Academy, Inc., is looking for new or used baseball equipment donations. Donations will be used for families who can’t afford to supply their children with baseball equipment for next year’s baseball season.
