A real “White Wings,” as uniformed street cleaners in cities are called, is soon to be seen on our public square, in order to keep the area clean on weekends. On Saturdays and Sundays, a man with a little push cart will go from place to place gathering up rubbish, and take it to some out of the way place and dump it until the wagons of the regular force can take care of it on Monday.
