Roundup of area high school girls soccer games for Saturday, April 25.

William Chrisman’s girls soccer team nearly picked up a pair of wins in the North Kansas City Tournament Saturday.
Instead, the Bears had to settle for one.
Chrisman (4-8) never trailed in beating St. Joseph Lafayette 3-1, thanks to a pair of goals by Mariah Wheaton.
A Kendyl Laughlin goal put the Bears up 1-0 at halftime against Shawnee Mission (Kan.) North. However, the Bears allowed four straight goals in the second half, falling 4-2.
Chelsie Davis scored the Bears’ second goal.
“The third game in a tournament is always tough to get excited to play,” Bears coach John Straub said. “In the second half, we were playing into the wind. But it was a good weekend for us.”
