Grain Valley Superintendent Roy Moss was one of eight superintendents nominated this year for the Robert L. Pearce Award, which is presented by the Missouri Association of School Administrators.


Moss was nominated by his colleagues in the West Central MASA District and was honored during the annual MASA Spring Conference March 21 at the Lodge of the Four Seasons in Lake Ozark, Mo. Created in 1987, the award honors excellence in education and community leadership among superintendents in Missouri.
