Coach’s comments: “The first thing is to find a fifth guy. We’ve got 3-4 guys battling for the fifth spot, but the first four are pretty solid. Chris is a three-time state qualifier – he’s by far our best player – and Loveland also qualified for state. We count on Chris to shoot a good score, and he’s a pretty good starting point for us.”

Coach’s comments: “Allie Stephenson is an All-American. We should be solid based on the number of returning letter winners. We try to play possession soccer. We have some good speed up front and have some good skilled players in the midfield, so we just try to let them play to their strength.”

Coach’s comments: “(The state championship) was God blessing us at the right time with the right two days. The girls performed out of their minds. Obviously we’re missing Madison Smith (state champion hurdler), but we’re looking for Remy Abrought, the girl who has been runner-up to her, to carry her legacy. Meredith Smith (state placer in high jump) has a shoulder injury and can’t compete, but our distance runners, sprinters and pole vaulters are back. There’s some freshmen and other kids we haven’t gotten a big chance to look at.”
