After a visit from three armed intruders, Harry Kirk Waggoner, 313 W. Pacific Ave., was facing a mountain of papers that were strewn far and wide, which will have to be sorted out before his income tax can be prepared. The intruders forced their way in the kitchen door and the first masked man who entered held a gun in Waggoner’s face. The intruders taped he and his two friends, William Tacey and Arthur Street, hands and threw coats over their heads. The loss may run above $6,000.
