The U.S. Census Bureau is hiring 3,000 temporary workers in the Kansas City area for the 2010 census.

Located in the Plaza Center strip mall at 15th Street and U.S. 40, the home of the big pork tenderloin – and onion rings – had been a family dining staple for 30 years.
Brad and Angel Mallen are the owners of Trouser Mouse, a Blue Springs bar and grill that features local and national music acts five nights a week. Having owned the Mouse for almost seven years, the couple says they both grew up working in clubs downtown, and opening this business gave them a chance to put their best foot forward in their community.
